Krissy had an outstanding four-year career as an outside hitter for the Tigers, resulting in All-American honors in both her junior and senior seasons.

In her first season, she earned Pacific Coast Athletic Association All-Freshman Team honors after establishing a dominating left side presence for Pacific. She was an All-Big West Conference Second Team selection in 1989 and was a first team honoree in 1990.

Her 1,330 career kills still stand as the 10th most in school history, while her consistent hitting percentage of .338 is fourth all-time in Pacific annals.

Fifer ranks eighth and 10th on the single season hitting percentage lists after hitting .342 in 1989 and .340 in 1990. She helped lead the Tigers to a record of 111-29 over her four years, including a spot in the 1990 NCAA Tournament finals. Pacific defeated Nebraska 3-1 in the semifinal round before falling 3-0 to UCLA in the national championship match.
