Eileen Dempster Howard earns induction into the Pacific Hall of Fame after an outstanding career in volleyball.

She was a three-time All-American for the Tigers, earning the honor from 1982 to 1984. In her final three years at Pacific, she helped lead the Tigers to an outstanding record of 101-20. After her time at Pacific, she was a member of the United States National Team from 1985-86.

Eileen helped the Tigers advance to three Final Four appearances (1981, '83 and '84). She ranks third on Pacific's career blocks list with 549, second in total blocks for a single season (207 in 1984), first in most blocks per game (1.80 in 1984) and is tied for second in total blocks for a single match (14 vs. UCLA on 11/11/84).
