Hall of Fame
Kim McDonald earned induction into the Pacific Hall of Fame for her outstanding career in volleyball and basketball.Â

McDonald earned numerous awards throughout her athletic career at Pacific, being named a Volleyball Monthly All-American in 1979 and earning various tournament awards during the 1980 season. She earned First Team All-Pacific Coast Athletic Association honors as a senior and was awarded the Pacific Senior Award.
During her freshman season on the basketball floor, she averaged 19.0 points per game. As a senior, McDonald averaged 17.2 points and 11.3 rebounds per game.
Before attending Pacific, McDonald was Athlete of the Year at St. Francis High School in Mountain View after earning MVP honors in volleyball, basketball, softball and track. She took her high school volleyball team to the Central Coast League championship and was named league MVP.
After her days at Pacific, McDonald was a member of the USVBA All-American National Championships in 1981 and 1983. In 1984 her team earned first place at the US National Championships.
