Seattle, Wash. - The Pacific Tigers and Washington Huskies cancelled their final game of the four-game series in Seattle as heavy rain fell and looked to continue throughout the day. The Tigers head back to Stockton having won one of the three games against Washington to pick up their first road win of the year.
Pacific won game two of the Saturday doubleheader 6-3 in 10 innings. Louis Mejia drove in the first of three runs in the tenth to put the Tigers back in front in a game in which they never trailed. Fineas Del Bonta-Smith earned his first career save with a scoreless tenth and Taylor Johnson earned his first win of the season.
The Tigers will next play this Thursday at 6:00 pm in Provo, Utah against BYU. It will be the first game of a three-game series against the Cougars.
