In her third start of the season, Aponte picked up her first win and kept the Matadors hitless through the first 5.1 innings while recording one strikeout. Nevada enters the weekend series on a seven-game winning streak and is coming off a dominant 6-0 over Marist on the final day of the Winthrop Eagle Classic. Before the trip to Stockton, the Wolf Pack (9-1) will face off against Michigan and #16 Stanford at the Stanford Invitational on Friday, Feb. 24.
