Box Score STOCKTON, Calif. – The Pacific Women's Water Polo team (12-10, 6-1) beat a strong Santa Clara team (7-19, 2-5) 12-9 at home on senior day, Friday afternoon.
"We're proud of the work we put in in conference," said Head Coach
James Graham. "Obviously, that tough overtime loss to Fresno State still stings, but getting the number two seed going into the GCC tournament is a good position to be in. I think we have steadily improved throughout the season. We're making a lot of strides. I think we've learned a lot about our team and how we play together. I think we're peaking at the right moment. We have a week's more worth of work to put in, and hopefully, when it's all said and done, we'll be standing with the trophy."

Redshirt junior goalkeeper
Clara Vulpisi had two assists, Davis had two, Utas had one, and Duarte had one.
Falvey had three steals for the Tigers, Duarte had two, Utas had five, Davis had two, and Futorian had one.
The Tigers travel to California Baptist for the GCC Conference Tournament April 22-24.
