STOCKTON, Calif. - The first three games of a five-game homestand for the University of the Pacific Softball team take place at Bill Simoni Field this coming Wednesday and Thursday. On Wednesday, the Tigers host California for a single game, and host a doubleheader against California Baptist on Thursday.

THINGS TO KNOW
- On Tuesday, Amiyah Aponte was named University Credit Union WCC Pitcher of the Week. It was the second week in a row someone from the Tigers received the pitching honor from the conference. Aponte had two saves during the week.
- Carly Lucchetti leads Tigers in hitting with a .358 batting average, with 19 hits.
- In last Friday's doubleheader at Cal Poly, Madison Kahwaty went 4-for-6.
- Pacific is 2-0 against CBU, winning both matchups in February 2019 during the Libby Matson Tournament.
SCOUTING THE LANCERS
- Going into Thursday's doubleheader, CBU is 9-14. On Tuesday, CBU swept a doubleheader against Long Beach State.
- Leading the Lancers in hitting with a .310 batting average is Brittany Galvez.
- Makayla Jordan has a .303 batting average with a team-high 11 RBIs and .424 slugging percentage.
- In the circle, Kerisa Viramontes has 10 starts with 68.1 innings pitched. She has thrown 58 strikeouts and has a 7-4 record with a 4.51 ERA.
