Fresno, Calif. - On a busy day at the Bulldog Invitational in Fresno, Pacific junior Lindsay Wourms (Camas, Wash.) won the 3000m event, taking down the previous school record by more than 20 seconds with a time of 10:06.26. Junior Lauren Nakaso (San Ramon, Calif.) also broke the school record in the 800m with a time of 2:19.70, finishing 13th and becoming the first Pacific runner to break the 2:20 mark in the distance.
 
The 3000m distance also saw junior Becky Grabow (Carson City, Nev.) establish the second best time in program history, eclipsing her previous school record with a time of 10:20.73 , good for sixth place while junior Mia Knipper (Morada, Calif.) crossed in 10:52.56, for a 10th place finish.  In the 800m, senior Sarah Bailey (Vernon, B.C., Canada) followed Nakaso with a time of 2:24.42.

The 400m saw Matti Long (Sandy, Utah) fall just short of her school record with a time of 62.85 while junior Ashley Keeline (Chula Vista, Calif.) and sophomore Sandra Padilla (San Jose, Calif.) crossed in 64.48 and 65.85, respectively.  In the 1500m race, junior Dale Dong (Stockton, Calif.) crossed in a time of 5:46.48 while seniors Karla Segura (Stockton, Calif.) and Micaela Todd (Mill Creek, Wash.) crossed in 5:54.40 and 6:04.18, respectively.

Sophomore Jasmine Jenkins (San Ramon, Calif.) paced the Pacific contingent in the 100m dash with a 13.83. Freshman Jessica Fogel (Northridge, Calif.) finished in 14.31 while freshman Keelin Coulter (Sammamish, Wash.) posted a time of 15.42. In the long jump, Jenkins posted a 4.46 mark.

Pacific will now turn its attention and preparation efforts to its final meet of the 2015 season, the West Coast Last Chance Meet on May 9th in San Francisco, Calif., hosted by the University of San Francisco.
