2014-15 (Junior):
Grabow posted a season-best 21:32.7 at the West Coast Conference championship meet in Santa Clara. The time was good for the second-best in program history. Grabow also posted a sub-22 minute time at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite on October 18th. In 5K action, Grabow finished in 19:46.3 at the USF Invitational on August 30th.
Track 2014: Grabow started off her season finishing third overall at the Kim Duyst Invitational with a 18:39.92a in the 5000 Meters race. In April at the 2014 Chabot/CSU East Bay Legacy Invite, Grabow finished first overall in the 1500 Meters race with a 4:48.32a. Some of Grabow''s other season highlight include her season best in the 3000 Meters with a 10:26.86a and in the 5000 Meters with a 17:55.64a.
2013-14 (Sophomore):
Grabow''s sophomore campaign included a 5th place overall finish at the Nevada Twilight Classic in her home state, completing the 4K loop course in 15:50. Grabow Set a new personal 5K record at the USF Invite, crossing the finish line in 18:42.2. In addition, Grabow broke her personal record in the 6K three times this season, finishing in 22:49.07 at the WCC Preview Meet in September, 22:45.3 at the Bronco Invite in October and finally finishing with a time of 22:41 in the NCAA West Regional Championships to wrap up the season in November. Following the 2013 campaign, Grabow was named to the WCC All-Academic Team for her efforts on the course and in the classroom, where she mantained a 3.91 GPA.
Track 2013: Grabow''s first track season was highlighted by a second place finish in the 3000m at the Delta Preview meet. Grabow set a school record in the event at the Aggie Open with a time of 10:52. Grabow finished the 5K in 10th at the Hornet Invite, good for another school record time of 18:57.71.
2012-13 (Freshman):
Grabow set her personal best times in the 6K and 5K in back-to-back weeks for the Tigers. First, at the 5K Bronco Invite, she ran a time of 18:47 on October 6. Then, Grabow followed up the performance with a 23:04 at the Big West Conference Championships. To open the season Grabow tied the then-school record for a freshman in a 5K at the USF XC Invite with a time of 19:04.
High School: Grabow attended Sierra Lutheran High School in Carson City, Nev. where she played basketball, cross country and track. She is an seven-time Nevada State Champion in cross country and track. Her cross country team took home back-to-back state titles in 2010 and 2011. Grabow led her track team to three straight state crowns from 2009-11, and added two individual titles in the 1600m and 3200m. Academically, Grabow was on the Honor Roll eight times and was a two-time Christi Lux Award winner.
Personal:
Becky is a Diversified Major at Pacific. She is the daughter of Kary and Cindy, and has two siblings Levi and Caleb. Her father competed on the University of Nevada-Reno''s mountain bike team. When she is not running, she enjoys playing the piano, swimming and mountain biking.
