STOCKTON, Calif. – Carrying over momentum from last year's team and individual titles, the Pacific men's golf program looks to repeat its success at this year's rendition of the Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational, hosted at The Reserve at Spanos Park from Monday, Oct. 12 to Wednesday, Oct. 14.
The Tigers will be competing in their fourth tournament of the 2026 campaign, seeking to maintain the successes they've had thus far through their first three in the fall.
Felix Bouchard will be a key Tiger to keep an eye over the three days for head coach
John Cook. Bouchard was crowned the individual champion of the 2025 Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational, carding a 12-under par in that effort last year. Bouchard finished first alongside two other Tigers to finish on the podium, 1-2-3.
Will Tanaka takes charge as Pacific's top golfer in the No. 1 position. Tanaka posted a one-under par score and secured placement amongst the top quarter of the individuals participating last time out at the Mark Simpson Invitational. The Tigers collectively finished in ninth place in Boulder.
Following Bouchard in the No. 2 spot,
Bradley Smolinski,
Guillaume Paquette and
Aiden Tiet will round out the lineup for the Tigers this week.
Pacific will see 18 teams make the trip to Stockton for this year's bout. San Francisco, Fresno State, UC Santa Barbara, Saint Mary's, Cal State Fullerton, Cal State Northridge, Sacramento State, Seattle, UC Irvine, UC San Diego, Southern Utah, Utah Valley, Denver, Eastern Washington, Utah Tech, Idaho and Nevada represent this year's challenge for the Tigers in their title defense.
The Visit Stockton Pacific Invitational is a three-day tournament with each day beginning with tee times of approximately 7:30 am from holes 1 and 10. Live scoring for the tournament can be found
here. There is free admission all three days.
