STOCKTON, Calif. – The end-of-the-year awards for men's tennis have been announced by the WCC. Junior Ran Amar was honored, being named to the All-Conference Singles Second Team. 

 "I am happy for Ran," said Head Coach Robin Goodman. "He has now demonstrated his dominance in the conference two years in a row. It's great that he's being recognized for the hard work he's put in." 

This is Amar's second straight WCC honor. He was a singles honorable mention last season while also being named to the All-Academic First Team. 

Amar was tied for the team lead in singles wins with eight and has an impressive 5-2 record in conference play. Most of Amar's wins came at the #2 spot, going 8-6 on court #2.
