DAVIS, Calif. – The Pacific men's golf team stays in 18th place after shooting a 6-over-par 294 in the second round of the El Macero Classic Monday at El Macero Country Club.
"Hopefully, tomorrow, we can take advantage of the good conditions, post a good round, and get ready for the conference," Head Coach John Cook said after the round.
Maverick Pavletich highlighted the second round for the Tigers, carding a 2-under-par 70.
"Maverick played solid today," Cook said. "He played well all day."
Pavletich leads the way for Pacific, sitting in a tie for 49th after the first couple of rounds.
Pacific concludes their regular season with the third round of the El Macero Classic at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, April 15th.
