EUGENE, Ore. – The Pacific men's golf team wrapped up play at the Oregon Duck Invitational Tuesday afternoon at the Eugene Country Club. The Tigers finished with a 54-hole total of 910 (297-301-312).
Oregon's Nate Stember and Oregon State's Mateo Fuenmeyor tied for the top spot on the player leaderboard at 6-under-par 207. Oregon, as a team, took the team title.
"Not the day we were looking for," Head Coach John Cook said. "We have to regroup and get ready for next week."
Petr Janik led the Tigers as he finished the tournament in a tie for 41st, followed by
Griffin Long in a tie for 55th.
Ian Fritz followed, ending the tournament in a tie for 60th.
Leonardo Rigamonti closed with a 1-over-par final round of 72, placing him in a tie for 64th, while
Maverick Pavletich finished in 71st.
Pacific is back in action April 3-4 at the Wyoming Desert Classic in Chandler, Ariz.
