STOCKTON, Calif. – Continuing their success after upsetting No. 14 San Diego State on Saturday, the No. 17. Pacific women's water polo team (4-2) swept their doubleheader against Austin College (0-2) on Sunday afternoon at Chris Kjeldsen Pool at the Pacific Aquatics Center.
 
Jumping out to early leads in both contests, the Tigers controlled the 'Roos throughout each match, leading wire-to-wire in game one for a 16-6 victory before securing a 19-14 win in game two.
 
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:
 
Game One-

• Wasting no time, Pacific tallied five goals in the opening quarter to establish a 5-0 lead to begin play, including two goals from redshirt senior Truly Dorland at 5:15 and 3:37 in the first.
• To start the second, junior Toula Falvey netted back-to-back goals to begin the period, pushing the Tiger lead to 7-0. Following another goal from Dorland and junior Lucy Davis, freshmen Sofia Leonardini and Annikah Lillie each found the back of the cage of first time in the Orange & Black to close out the first half, as Pacific used a strong first half to take an 11-0 advantage into the halftime break.
• Although the 'Roos would get on the board in the third with three goals of their own, Dorland kept the pressure on their opponent with fourth and final goal of the match as UOP remained on top by nine through three quarters complete, 12-3.
• Encountering little resistance down the stretch, the Tigers added four more goals in the final period to secure the victory over Austin College by double digits in game one, 16-6. Overall, eleven different Tigers would score in the win for Pacific.

• Displaying their dominance early, Pacific jumped out to another sizeable lead in the first quarter, recording seven goals in the opening period to hold a 7-1 advantage moving into the second.
• Joining the party, junior Ana Martinez do Amaral netted two goals in the second to keep UOP out in front heading into intermission, as the Tigers boasted a 11-4 lead over the 'Roos.
• Maintaining their rhythm out of the locker room, Davis, Dorland, Falvey and junior Mia Garcia each scored in the third period as Pacific stayed on top by nine again through three quarters of play, 16-7.
• Despite one last push from Austin College in the closing minutes, Pacific would hold on  to their lead on the strength of three final goals of their own in the fourth. Notching the doubleheader sweep, Pacific would handle the 'Roos in game two by a final score of 19-14.

• Leading the way, Dorland paced the Tiger offense on the day with eight total goals while Falvey and Davis each added five in the win. Additionally, do Amaral added four herself while Garcia and senior Natalie Hosmer each tallied three goals apiece.
• Gaining important experience, Leonardini, Lillie and sophomore Aristiana Modica also recorded their first collegiate goals on Sunday.
• In the cage, freshman Helen McGrath made her debut as well.
• Through six games, Davis has recorded an impressive team-high 17 assists, which helps to place her in the team lead with 24 total points as well. Overall, Dorland is first on Pacific with 18 goals, followed closely by Falvey with 15 and do Amaral with 12.
