Played in 14 games in the 2021 season. Scored two goals on eight shots. Recorded 3 points. Tallied allied one steal.

High School
Leonardini attended Vintage High School and was a utility player for the Crushers water polo team. Leonardini had 166 goals, 53 assists, 150 steals, 40 caused kick outs, and seven field blocks. Was the Vintage High School MVP in 2018. Made the All-League first team, All County, and USA Water Polo All Academic in 2017, 2018, and 2019. 

Personal
Daughter of Tom and Jakki, two siblings Tommy and Julia. Sofia enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with friends and family. Leonardini is majoring in business with a concentration in marketing.
