STOCKTON, Calif. - The Pacific men's golf team recorded 12 birdies among its five-person lineup in the second round of the Visit Stockton Invite to share seventh place with Fresno State.

• Two birdies led to an even par 71 for
Griffin Long, who is tied for 36th with a 36-hole total of 141 (70-71), -1. Â
• Two birdies en route to a second-straight round of 72 for
Leonardo Rigamonti, who has a 36-hole total of 144 (72-72) and is tied for 50thÂ
• Three birdies from
Thomas O'Rourke put him into a tie for 50th with a second round 72 for a 36-hole total of 144 (72-72).

Haakon Mathiesen is tied for 67th with a second round 76 that included a birdie for a 36-hole total of 147, +5 (71-76).
Also for Pacific, as an individual,
Riley Killip posted a one under, 70 for a 36-hole total of 140 (70-70) to share 26th.
Petr Janik and
Alex Barclay shot a 76 (+5) and 78 (+7), respectively. Janik has posted a 36-hole total of 146 (71-76) to share 63rd and Barclay has recorded a 150 (72-78) to tie for 78th.

First round leader Washington State remains in the lead after posting a 274 in Friday's second round. The Cougars have a 36-hole team total of 542 (268-274) for a four-stroke lead on San Jose State. Javier Barcos of Utah is the individual leader after shooting an eight-under 63 on Friday. For the tournament, he is 13-under par with a 129 (66-63) for a two-stroke lead.
In Saturday's final round, Mathiesen and the Tigers will begin the final round at No. 1 at 7:45 a.m.  His teammates – O'Rourke, Rigamonti, Long and Pavletich – will follow him off the tee in nine-minute increments. For the individuals, Barclay will tee off at 7:45 a.m. on No. 10, followed by Janik at 7:54 and Killip will start his final round at 8:21 a.m.
