Stockton, Calif. - The Pacific men's tennis dropped its first round match against No. 45 New Mexico on Friday, Feb. 27. The Tigers are now 1-9, while New Mexico improved to 7-6.

The Tigers took the doubles point by getting wins from Jose Chamba and Miguel Diaz at No. 1 and Alex Hamilton and Alex Giannini at No. 3. The Lobos rebounded to win four singles matches to clinch the win.

The Tigers are next in action with their second match of the day at 5:30 p.m. Friday in Stockton.
