Tigers Continue Play On Sunday At ITA All-American Championships At Tulsa

Tulsa, Okla. - The Tiger men's tennis continued play at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Okla. on Sunday, Sept. 29.

Junior Ben Mirkin and sophomore Daniel Alameh each dropped decisions on Sunday. Mirkin dropped a 6-3, 6-3 decision to Tin Ostojic of Wichita State, while Alameh lost to Oystein Steiro of North Carolina (6-1, 6-1).

"It was a tough day for the Tigers in Tulsa today," said Head Coach Ryan Redondo. "There were a lot of missed opportunities and inconsistency. We are looking forward to having Sem represent the Tigers in the qualifying tomorrow."

Action continues at the ITA All-American Championships on Monday in Tulsa. Sem Verbeek will be in qualifying action on Monday at 1:00 p.m. (CST).
