Eugene, Ore. - After taking two weeks off from the course, the Tigers head back out to the links on Monday, Mar. 25 - Tuesday, Mar. 26 to take part in the 2013 Oregon Duck Invitational. The Tigers will be part of the 16-team tournament at the Eugene Country Club as teams from around the country take on the 7,020 yard, par 72 course. Monday's action will feature two rounds of 18 holes and will begin at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday's final round will also begin at 8:30 a.m.
Playing for the Tigers in Eugene will be: senior Alex Edfort, sophomores Eric Sugimoto, Byron Meth, and Kevin Andrews along with the freshman SeungJae Maeng. The Tigers will be paired with Oregon, SMU, and Washington on the first day of play as the teams start shotgun style around the course. Last time out the Tigers were led by Meth at the Bandon Dunes Championships as the sophomore took home a third place finish at the event.
