Junior Chris Rosenau finished second for the Tigers, posting a final round 74 at the 6,946-yard course. He shot a 223 for the tournament while fellow junior A.J. Hohn placed 56th with a 229. "Thomas once again placed stellar golf and did the things he needed to do to keep himself in the hunt," said coach Brandon Goethals. "We improved each round throughout the week and that's a testament to the guys grinding it out and working hard through the finish."

San Diego State took home the team title with a 15-under, 849 while UC Irvine placed second, shooting an 850.

The Tigers enjoy a week of golf during Pacific's spring break before they trek to Santa Cruz for the Western Intercollegiate at Pasatiempo Golf Club this coming week.
