Indian Wells, Calif. - The Pacific Tigers men's tennis team defeated No. 3 UC Irvine, 4-0, on Saturday, Apr. 29.

The win moved the Tigers to 14-7 on the season, while UC Irvine fell to 10-11.

The Tigers took an early lead in the match by taking the doubles point with victories at the top two spots.

Later, the Tigers clinched the match with victories at the No. 6, No. 4 and No. 3 singles spots. The remaining three singles matches were halted as the Tigers had clinched the match victory.

Pacific junior Vladimir Zdravkovic (Pancevo, Serbia and Montenegro) clinched the match for the Tigers as he defeated UC Irvine's Mustafa Ulukan, 2-6, 6-1, 6-2.

The Tigers will be back in action on Sunday, Apr. 30 as Pacific faces No. 1 seed, UC Santa Barbara in the Big West Conference Championship match at 9 a.m.
