The No. 68 Pacific men's tennis team defeated Memphis, 4-3, on Saturday, Mar. 4. With the win, Pacific improved to 9-3 on the season, while Memphis dropped to 4-7.
The Tigers won both matches at No. 2 and No. 3 double to take the doubles point. Pacific then got singles wins from No. 79 ranked senior Arnar Sigurdsson (Kopavogur, Iceland), freshman Tim Koniarski (Bad Abbach, Germany) and freshman Moritz Starke (Bamberg, Germany) to claim the victory.
Pacific is back in action on Thursday, March 16 as the Tigers host Bradley at 1 p.m. at Hal Nelson Tennis Courts.
