Men's Volleyball Falls to Hawaii, 3-0

Stockton, Calif. - The Pacific men's volleyball team fell to the Hawaii Warriors in three straight sets Monday, March 27th at the Spanos Center. With the loss the Tigers fall to 7-15 overall and 5-11 in the MPSF.

Senior Brian Adamson led the Tigers with 25 kills on the night but Pacific couldn't get find a way to win, falling to the Warriors for the second time in three days. Three Warriors had double-digit games on the night; Jose Delgado (11), Lauri Hakala (16) and Matt Carere (10).

The Tigers lost 30-21 in game one, losing after leading 7-6 early on. Adamson recorded 10 of his game-high 25 kills in the first set. He also posted 10 in game two but Pacific could not recover, falling 30-21. Head coach Joe Wortmann shook up the line-up in the final set, starting Andreas Baboulidis at libero and moving normal libero Garrett Morales to setter. The Warriors prevailed in the third game however, 30-19.

Pacific volleyball travels to Provo, Utah this coming weekend to play BYU on March 31st and April 1.
