STOCKTON, Calif.- The Pacific men's tennis team (4-13, 1-4) fell to Saint Mary's (3-10, 2-3) this afternoon in a close 4-3 contest.
Despite dropping two matches in doubles, the Tigers looked to fight back from their 1-0 deficit in singles.
On Court #2, junior
Ran Amar picked up the first point for Pacific with a 7-6, 6-2 victory over Saint Mary's. Redshirt freshman
Terence Das continued to add to his success in singles with a 6-1, 6-3 victory. On Court #5, junior
Andre Rodeia gave the Tigers their third point of the day with a 6-4, 6-2 win. The Tigers were unable to finish the final match and secure the win, dropping the contest by a single point.
Pacific will be back in action on Saturday, April 15, when the team hosts the Portland Pilots. The first serve at the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center will be at 2 p.m.
