STOCKTON, Calif. – The Pacific women's swimming and diving team announces six new signees to the class of 2022.
"We are very excited about the six women joining our team," said Head Coach
Katelyne Herrington. "These women coming in provide depth and balance to our roster."
Diana Chan joins the Tigers from Antioch, Calif. A Deer Valley High School graduate, Chan will participate in backstroke and freestyle for Pacific.
Annelise Thomas comes to Pacific from Aurora, Colo. The Smoky Hill High School graduate will swim individual medley, butterfly and breaststroke for the Tigers.
Katie Honey is a graduate of Petaluma High School and heads to Stockton from Cotati, Calif. She'll be participating in breaststroke, and sprint freestyle races for the Tigers.
Deanna Brazil is a hometown get for the Tigers. The Stockton native graduated from Lincoln High School and will be swimming backstroke and freestyle for Pacific.
Kayla Heenan graduated from Nevada Union High School. She joins Pacific from Grass Valley, Calif and will swim distance freestyle and butterfly for the Tigers.
Katelynn Salcedo is a Fresno, Calif. native, joining the Tigers after graduating from Clovis West High School. Salcedo will swim distance freestyle and butterfly for Pacific.
"We graduated seven women, so this class will begin to fill those gaps in the distance, stroke and individual medley events," said Herrington.
