STOCKTON, Calif. – The Tigers (14-31, 5-16) head to Provo for a matchup with BYU (28-18, 11-10). The game on Thursday will be broadcast on ESPNU, and the Friday and Saturday games will be on BYUtv. This will be the second to final series of the season for the Tigers.
Brandon Motheral continues to lead the team in batting average (.320) and is tied for second in home runs (7).
Chaz Myers is second on the team in batting average (.304), leads the team in hits (48) and is tied for the team lead in doubles (12).

Hunter Hayes leads the team in innings pitched (58.0) and strikeouts (49).
Hunter Schilperoort leads the team in saves (8)
Gavello is tied for the conference lead in home runs and is sixth in extra-base hits. Gavello and Myers are tied for eighth in doubles, and Schilperoort is fourth in saves.
BYU is coming off a sweep over Pepperdine and a midweek win over Dixie State. The Cougars are currently on a six-game winning streak, tied for their longest this season.
