STOCKTON, Calif. – The Tigers are on the road to Norman, Oklahoma, where they will take on Oklahoma in a two-game series on Thursday and Saturday and a single game against Lamar on Friday. 

Brandon Motheral leads the team in batting average (.337) and is second in home runs (6) and total bases (54). Chaz Myers leads the team in hits (38), doubles (11), runs scored (25) and walks (16). Thomas Gavello leads the team in home runs (7), extra-base hits (17), RBI (22) and total bases (62). 

Jackson Vaughan leads the Tigers in ERA (2.29) while having the second most appearances (15) and WHIP (1.17). Hunter Hayes leads the Tigers in starts (8), innings pitched (40.0) and strikeouts (33). Nick Swanson leads the team in appearances (16) with one start and is one of two Tiger pitchers not to allow a home run this season. Hunter Schilperoort leads the team in saves (7) and batting average against (.195). 

Gavello is tied for second in the WCC in home runs and extra-base hits. Myers is tied for second in the conference in doubles. Gavello and Myers are tied for third in HBP in the conference. Swanson is tied for second in the conference in appearances. Schilperoort is tied for the lead in saves. 

The Sooners are 19-12 on the season and 4-5 in Big 12 conference play. The Sooners are coming off a series against #5 Oklahoma State, where they won one of three games. The Sooners beat Texas Tech on Tuesday 14-9. 

Lamar is 20-13 this season and 9-6 in the WAC. The Cardinals took two of three from Tarleton State last weekend and have won four of their past five games.
