STOCKTON, CA – The Pacific men's basketball team will conclude 2019 Collegiate Hoops Roadshow presented by AtmosAir, play with games against SIU-Edwardsville and Longwood on Tuesday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 29, respectively.
The "Collegiate Hoops Roadshow Presented by AtmosAir" showcases over the next week. This year's event includes games played between 11 different D-I schools. This year's tournament is anchored by Pacific and Arkansas, each hosting four games, along with several additional co-hosts also playing multiple home games such as Montana, South Dakota, Northern Kentucky, Northern Illinois, and UC Riverside. Other programs joining Pacific at the Alex G. Spanos Center for this year's event will be Coppin State, SIU-Edwardsville, and Longwood.

THE FIRST TWO
Pacific prevailed In its first two tournament games against UC Riverside (58-51) and Coppin State (64-60). Jahlil Tripp led the Tigers with a combined 38 points for an average of 19 points per game, while also pulling down 17 rebounds. Against the Coppin State Eagles, Tripp was the first Tiger to record a double-double on the season, recording totals of 21 points and 13 rebounds.
LAST TIME OUT
The Tigers are coming off of an extremely exciting, but heartbreaking triple-overtime loss to Boise State this past Saturday evening. Pacific, playing in its first triple-overtime game since the 1988-89 season, fell to Broncos 82-76. Tripp was the top scorer for the third-consecutive contest, totaling a season-high 22 points. Defensively, James Hampshire (12) and Jeremiah Bailey (10) combined for 22 of the Tigers 48 team rebounds.
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE TIGERS
- Tripp leads Pacific with 12.5 points and 7.3 rebounds per game.
- Justin Moore averages 12.3 points, 3.8 assists, and 1.2 steals per game.
- Pacific has out-rebounded its opponents (307-205).
AGAINST SIUE
- Tuesday marks only the second meeting between the Cougars and Tigers.
- Pacific is 1-0 against SIUE after defeating the Cougars on the road, 74-65, on Nov. 16, 2018.
AGAINST LONGWOOD
- Friday marks the fist-ever meeting between the Longwood Lancers and the Tigers.
