Tigers Wrap Up Season At USF Meet

SAN FRANCISCO - On Saturday, the Pacific track team finished its 2014 regular season campaign at the 2014 West Coast Last Chance Meet, hosted by University of San Francisco and held at Cox Stadium on the campus of San Francisco State.

The Tigers were led in the 100m dash by freshman Ebony Ezeji (Stockton, California), who finished in seventh overall with a personal record time of 13.22. Freshman Sandra Padilla (San Jose, California) finished tenth overall with a time of 14.06.

In the 1500m competition, sophomore Mia Knipper (Morada, California) paced the Tigers contingent with a time of 5:00.57 while junior Sarah Bailey (Vernon, B.C., Canada) finished in a time of 5:06.93 and sophomore Jessica Guerra (Stockton, Calif.) finished in 5:21.91.

Becky Grabow (Carson City, Nevada) again competed in the 5000m competition, finishing in 16th place overall, with a time of 18:23.04, the second best mark of the season for the Tigers.
