Northridge, Calif. The Pacific women's water polo teams dropped a pair of games to top 20 teams, conference foe No. 19 Cal State Northridge, and non-conference for No. 12 Hartwick on Sunday, April 15th.
The Tigers fell to the Matadors by a final score of 20-7, and to the Hawks by a 21-10 margin. Pacific finishes conference play at 0-12 in the MPSF, with their overall record falling to 5-21 with two non-conference games remaining on the schedule.
In the first game of the day against No. 19 Northridge, the Matadors and Tigers were evenly matched through the first period, with CSUN holding a 5-3 lead after one period of play. In the second period, the Matadors outscored the Tigers 4-0 to take a 9-3 lead into the halftime break. Pacific could never recover, as the Tigers were outscored 11-4 the rest of the way for a 20-7 final.

In the second game of the day against No. 12 Hartwick, the Hawks got out to a 3-0 lead, but the Tigers came storing back in the first period, as Harris found the back of the cage twice, and Kutac tallied a goal to tie the game at 3-3. Hartwick came back to score the final goal of the period, and started the second with four straight goals to give them a cushion at 8-3. Harris then connected on her third goal of the game to close the gap back to four, but that is as close as it would get, as the Hawks scored two more goals in the final minute of the second to make the score 10-4 heading into intermission. Pacific was outscored 11-6 the duration of the contest, making the final score 21-10.
Harris again led the Tigers with seven goals, giving her 11 on the day and 97 on the season.
