San Jose, Calif - The Pacific women's water polo team fell to No. 8 San Jose State by the score of 17-5 on Friday, April 7. With the loss, the Tigers fall to 0-16, 0-8 in MPSF play while the Spartans improve to 10-10, 4-4 in MPSF play.

Sophomore Kellie Fletcher (Roseville, Calif.) paced the Tigers with four goals, while senior Julia Snyder (Fresno, Calif.) added a goal in the loss.

The Tigers return to action on Saturday, April 8 as they take on Long Beach St. at the Chris Kjeldsen Pool on the campus of the University of the Pacific. Opening sprint is set for noon.
