Derick Roque was selected as this week's University Credit Union WCC Offensive Player of the Week on Monday. It marks the first ever conference weekly accolade of the Southgate, Calif. native.
Roque scored the lone goal in the Tigers' 1-1 draw against San Jose State on Wednesday.
He later followed up with his first multi-goal performance at Utah Valley when he notched both goals in the 2-2 draw on Sunday. Roque currently leads the WCC with seven goals and is second in points per game with 1.9.
