STOCKTON, Calif. – Pacific baseball (10-19) hosts Sacramento State (16-15) at 6 p.m. on Monday.
The Tigers are coming off a weekend series against the Broncos. Pacific took one of three from Santa Clara over the weekend, winning the Friday night contest 3-1.

Ben Nemivant continues to hold the top spot in the WCC when it comes to batting average, hitting .443. Nemivant's 51 hits and 12 doubles also lead the WCC. Freshman

Sacramento State is coming off a series win over Utah Valley. Both Hornet wins were 7-5 victories. Sacramento State has won four of its past six games. Gunner Goldsmith leads the team in hitting with a .393 average, while Wehiwa Aloy leads the team in power with nine home runs and 28 RBI.
Since 2006 the series has been .500 between the two teams. The two teams split last year, with both squads winning the away match. The Tigers average six runs a game against the Hornets.
