STOCKTON, Calif. – After its first WCC series win of the season, Pacific baseball (12-25) travels to UC Davis (14-21) for a midweek matchup.
Both sides of the ball showed up for the Tigers in their series win. Senior
Grant Stevens pitched a complete game gem on Friday, holding Pepperdine to just two runs. On Sunday, the bats came alive for Pacific, scoring a season-high 14 runs in the win. Junior
Chaz Myers hit two home runs, and graduate
Jeremy Lea was a double shy of the cycle.

Ben Nemivant leads the team and is second in the WCC in batting average at .409. Nemivant leads the WCC in hits with 61. Freshman
Rylan Evans is tied for 11th in the WCC in batting average, hitting .333. Lea leads the WCC in HBP, being hit 16 times this season.
Stevens leads the WCC in complete games with two. Stevens is second in the WCC in innings pitched at 62.1. Sophomore
Caden Duke is fourth in the WCC in saves with four.
UC Davis is coming off a series win over UC Riverside last weekend. The Aggies scored 11+ runs in both wins. Alex Gouveia leads the team in batting average, hitting .345, and is the only Aggie hitting above .300. The power has been provided by Jack Gallagher, hitting nine home runs.
This is the first of a two-game series with UC Davis. Pacific will host the Aggies at home on Tuesday, May 6.
The two squads split the series last season, with both teams winning the away game. The two teams have split their annual two-game series every season since 2016.
