STOCKTON, Calif. – The Pacific men's tennis team (4-8, 1-1) dominated San Francisco (2-10, 0-2) in the Tigers WCC home opener, sweeping the contest 4-0.

Manroop Saini controlled court #1 in doubles, winning 6-1 to put Pacific up 1-0 in doubles early. Junior

Terence Das completed the doubles win for Pacific with a 6-1 win to put the Tigers up 1-0 overall.
Singles was more of a battle, with Pacific taking early leads on courts #3 and #4. Freshman
Tiago Silva wrapped up his match first with a quick 7-5, 6-2 win. Das was the next to put away his Dons opponent, with a 6-4, 6-2 win on court #3. Alam secured the win on court #1 with a 6-4, 6-3 win to retire San Francisco and get Pacific its first conference win.
Pacific is back in action tomorrow, hosting Santa Clara with a 1 p.m. start. As part of alum appreciation week, a beer garden and a food truck will be available for fans.
