DAVIS, Calif. – The #17 Pacific Women's Water Polo team dropped a 3-8 decision to #10(T) UC Davis today. Pacific's record now sits at 3-7, heading into a match against #2 UCLA on Sunday.
In the match against the Aggies, Pacific's three goal scorers were senior
Toula Falvey, graduate student
Mariana Duarte and freshman
Szamira Koppány.
Assists on the goals were credited to Duarte, senior
Brianna Utas and freshman
Hila Futorian.
Multiple Tigers had steals throughout Friday's match. Falvey had two, Utas had one, senior
Lucy Davis had one, Koppany had one, and redshirt junior goalkeeper
Clara Vulpisi had one.
Vulpisi had five saves against the Aggies.
On Sunday, the Tigers host UCLA at home at the Chris Kjeldsen Pool.
