STOCKTON, Calif. – The Tigers are back home for the final time this season as they will host #19 BYU on Saturday at 2 p.m. Prior to the game the Tigers will honor senior
Jordan Cruz who will be playing in her final game at the Alex G. Spanos Center.
Cruz has played a career-high in games this season while working through an early-season injury and is leading the Tigers in made threes this season.
Elizabeth Elliott had a big game against the Gaels on Thursday, scoring 23 points and grabbing 11 rebounds.

THE BACKCOURT:
Anaya James recorded her first career triple-double (13 points, 13 rebounds, 10 assists) against Santa Clara and leads the Tigers with four 20 point games. She currently leads the Tigers in points, assists, steals, minutes per game and 20-point games.
Jordan Cruz and
Sam Ashby have been sharpshooters for the Tigers this season, Ashby is leading the team in three-point percentage and Cruz leads the team in total threes made.
THE FRONTCOURT:
Elizabeth Elliott has the most double-digit point games on the team with 21 and is second in points per game. Elliott leads the team in double-doubles as well with four on the season.
Madelene Ennis is the only Tiger to play in every game this season. She ranks third on the team in rebounds per game and fifth in minutes played. Elliot and Ennis are both top five in total minutes played for the Tigers.
RANKS IN THE WCC:
James is eighth in the WCC in scoring at 14.1 and fourth in assists per game at 4.3. Elliott is tenth in the WCC in scoring at 13.0 and third in points per 40 minutes at 23.1.
Jordan Cruz is second in the WCC in threes made per 40 minutes at 3.6.
HISTORY BETWEEN THE TWO:
The two teams battled in Provo earlier this season, the Cougars took the win in part to a 20-point lead after the first quarter. The Cougars only outscored the Tigers by six points for the rest of the game.
VACCINATION UPDATE: Fans are required to wear masks throughout the game regardless of vaccination status for indoor events on campus. Based on the revised CDPH definition of a mega-event, spectators will not be required to provide proof of vaccination or negative test.
