Tigers in the Post-Season
Pacific participated in the NIVC Tournament for the second time, facing Portland State. The Tigers dropped a five-set decision to the Vikings, 26-28, 25-15, 25-12, 23-25, 15-7. This was the second appearance for Pacific in the NIVC Tournament as they made their first appearance in the inaugural tournament in 2017. Pacific also has made 24 NCAA Tournament appearances en route to seven Final Fours and a pair of national titles in 1985 and in 1986. Pacific was joined in the post-season by BYU, Pepperdine and San Diego, who earned spots in the NCAA Tournament.
Post-Season Honors
The Tigers had five players earn post-season honors from the West Coast Conference. Among the honorees were
Jadyn Tubbs and
Alexa Edwards, who were selected to the first team,
Darina Kumanova and
Ramonni Cook were chosen second team and
Jenna Heller was named to the All-Freshman Team. Tubbs was also selected as the program's first ever conference Libero of the Year.
With Tubbs and Edwards on the first team, it is the first time since joining the conference that Pacific has had multiple honorees. Heller is the first Tiger to be named to the All-Freshman Team since
Riley Ramsey in 2018. She is the sixth honoree in program history, joining Ramsey, Hanne De Schrijver (2017), Ashlyn Fleming (2016), Katrin Gotterba (2014), Lexi Elman (2013), It is the second all-conference honor for Tubbs, who was named to the second team in 2019. She is the program's first multiple all-conference selection since joining the conference.

Nationally-Ranked Victories
With wins over No. 23 San Diego (Nov. 20) and No. 23 Pepperdine (Oct. 7), Pacific defeated a pair of ranked teams for the first time since 2009. The Tigers have won five matches at the Spanos Center over ranked teams since 2009. The win over the Wave of Pepperdine was the first against a ranked team since Sept. 25, 2014 (vs. No. 21 Loyola Marymount).
Rewriting Series History Books
• The last three meetings with Pac 12 foe, California have gone to five sets.
• Pacific has won eight of its last 10 meetings against San Francisco, plus they have posted a 7-1 mark in the last eight meetings at home.
• Against Portland, Pacific has won seven of the last 10 including an 8-1 effort at home against the Pilots.
• The matchup between Gonzaga and Pacific has seen the Tigers win 14 of the last 18 including an 8-2 margin at home.
• The win at Loyola Marymount (Nov. 4) was the Tigers' first win in Los Angeles since October 27, 2016.
• The win vs. Pepperdine (Oct. 7) was the first win over the Wave since Nov. 3, 2018 and also the last time that the Tigers had won at home.
