BERKELEY, Calif. – The Pacific men's swimming team (2-0) travels to Cal (1-0) to take on the Bears Thursday, Oct. 27 at 4 p.m. at the Spieker Aquatics Center.
The undefeated Tigers are coming off a big win against Fresno Pacific (176-87) last weekend and hope to keep the momentum going against the Bears.
Against the Sunbirds, junior Aidan Scott was an individual double winner in the men's backstrokes, as was freshman Bridger Sink in the breaststroke events. Sophomore Mitchell Hopper doubled in the 100 fly and 50 free, while senior Jonathan Tan also won a pair of events in the 200 IM and 200 fly.
The Tigers are facing the Bears for the first time since 2019.
