STOCKTON, Calif – The Tigers are on the tail end of their four-game road trip, heading to #16 Oregon State for a Wednesday afternoon matchup in Corvallis before returning home for the only time in December to host Nevada. The Tigers and Beavers will both be looking to get back in the win column as both teams have dropped two games in a row.

THE YOUTH MOVEMENT:
The Tigers have been led by youth this season;
Elizabeth Elliott was the newest Tiger's freshman to be recognized by the conference. After averaging 11 points in two games with limited minutes Elliott was named the WCC Freshman of the Week. James has continued to thrive, averaging 13.0 points per game which is the best on the team and leads the team in assists and steals. Elliott is second on the team averaging 12.8 points per game and leads the team in free throws made. As a team, four of the top five scorers on the team are all sophomores or younger with senior
Jordan Cruz being the only upperclassman in the top five of scoring.
RETURNING TIGERS:
Jordan Cruz had a career night against Texas A&M Corpus Christi, scoring 20 points and setting a career high in field goals made and three-point shots made. Cruz is the number three scorer on the team and leads the team in shooting from behind the arc.
Madelene Ennis has taken advantaged of increased playing time this season, leading the team in rebounding and is fifth on the team in minutes played.
Erica Adams is second on the team in minutes played and tied for the team lead in steals. Adams is second on the team in assists and is the only Tiger to start all six games.
IT'S A TEAM GAME:
As a team the Tigers are fourth in the WCC in scoring, averaging 70.3 points per game. The Tigers are third in the WCC in assists per game and top five in both field goal percentage and three-point percentage.
GAME HISTORY:
The Tigers have played Oregon State twice before, once at home and once away, the two teams have played in defensive contests with neither team scoring more then 70 in either game. This will be the first time the Tigers have played Oregon State since 2019.
The Tigers and the Wolf Pack have played four times since 2010, with the Tigers winning all four contests. The two teams have not played since 2015 but the Tigers have averaged 71.3 points per game against Nevada and their biggest win came in the last matchup between the two teams in 2015.
