WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
- Pacific and UCLA are meeting on the hardwood for the fifth time overall. Saturday will mark the fourth meeting out of the overall five that has taken place in Westwood and the second Pac-12 opponent for the Tigers this season (Oregon State, Nov. 11).
- Pacific is led by Katrina McClane Award Watch List honoree and Preseason All-WCC selection Brooklyn McDavid, who has registered a double-digit scoring performance in all eight of the Tigers' outings this year. She ranks 15th in Division I with a 64.1 field goal percentage and 21st with 19.6 points per game.
- McDavid, who currently ranks seventh in Pacific history with 13.0 points per game and 14th with 6.2 rebounds per game in 71 total contests to date, is teamed up in the front court with redshirt senior forward Sofie Tryggedsson, a newcomer who has made an instant impact on the program with a team-high 21 three-pointers after spending three seasons at Colorado State.
- Both McDavid and Tryggedsson rank in the top three on the squad in scoring average, total points, made field goals, total rebounds and rebound average.
- Another preseason All-WCC selection for the Tigers, Valerie Higgins brings the hustle and helping hand this year with a team-high 23 steals and 27 assists.
- McDavid registered five rebounds against CSU Bakersfield, including three on the offensive glass to become just the seventh Tiger all-time to grab 200 offensive rebounds. At 71 career games, the Studio City, California native is the fastest in program history to hit the mark in Tiger.

- Pacific saw its five-game win streak come to an end last weekend, falling 80-70 at Cal State Bakersfield on Saturday.
