Honolulu, Hawai'i - The Pacific women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision at Hawai'i on Thursday, March 13. The Tigers dropped to 6-6 overall, while the Rainbows improved to 6-7.

"We fought hard today and just about matched the Rainbows' spirit and enthusiasm but were unable to win the big points we needed," said Pacific Head Coach Charlotte Scatliffe. "We leave here learning from our experiences and will continue to grow and get better. Francis Dean has been blossoming on this team and had a deserved win at No. 3 doubles with Christiana Ferrari and won her singles match in three sets to give her a six match winning streak." 

Francis Dean continued her hot streak, winning her sixth straight singles match, along with a doubles win partnering with Christiana Ferrari.

Pacific is next in action with a match at BYU on Friday, March 21.
