Stockton, Calif.-The Tigers started off the match dropping the doubles point to the Wolfpack but determined to change the fate of the match in the singles competitions. Though the Tigers dropped the doubles point, their scores in all three positions were solid.  Each position posted an 8-6 score.

In the singles events, senior Sheena Chaudhuri made her debut with the Tigers at the No. 6 position and defeated Rymma Maslova in straight sets to post a final score of 6-2, 7-6(5). Another victory was produced for the Tigers on behalf of Christiana Ferrari at the No. 4 position. Ferrari also secured her win in straight sets against Shelia Smiley with a final score of 7-5, 6-3.

The Tigers are now 6-7 in the spring season and 1-1 in conference.  The Tigers now gear up to face Fresno state while in Fresno, Calif. on March 21st.
