2025 (R-Sophomore)
Recorded 41 goals and seven assists on the year… opened the season with a huge six-goal performance in a win over Villanova… tallied six hat tricks which included four-goal outings in victories over La Salle and San Diego State… scored at least two goals in each of the three games in the conference tournament… grabbed at least two steals in five games including three against Azusa Pacific in the GCC quarterfinals… drew a team-high 76 exclusions

2024 (Sophomore)
Redshirted during the 2023-24 season.

2023 (Freshman)
Achieved a season high of six goals in the Tigers’ triumph against Fresno Pacific on January 28. Petkov has had eight multiple goal games and recorded a shot efficiency of 68.1 percent this season. Petkov was named to the GCC All-Freshman Team

Attended Ecole Secondaire Cavelier-De LASalle High School.

Club/International
Trained at Canada Aquatic Montreal Olympic Club. Was 2019 top scorer in the Eastern Conference: 82 goals in 18 games.  Scored 15 goals in seven games at 2019-20 Youth Trinidad Panama. Achieved best point average, goal average and steals per game average at Canada Aquatic Montreal Olympic Club.

Eastern All-Star team in 2019. Received the 'Female Athlete Excellence Award' by the 2022 Quebec Water Polo Federation. Awarded Top 24 athletes for the 2024 Olympic Cycle with Team Canada. First in U19 2018 Eastern Conference Championships. First in U16 & U19 2019 National Championships. First in U19 & 2nd in U16 2019 UANA Youth Panamas American Championships. Second in 2019 (with Team Canada), Panama American Junior Championships: second in 2022 (with Team Canada).

Born in Montreal, Quebec. Daughter of Anastasia and Plamen Petkov. Sister of Nikola Petkov. Enjoys cooking, puzzles, and video games. Majoring in Bioengineering.
