University of the Pacific

Dr. Annette Martinez was named interim Senior Woman Administrator in February 2023.

She recently completed her 15th year with Pacific with the 2022-23 athletic year. Martinez worked primarily with volleyball, beach volleyball, women’s tennis and the Tiger Dancers. 
 
A 2002 sport sciences graduate of Pacific, Dr. Martinez honed her skills as a student athletic trainer for the Tigers. In addition to working with Pacific’s student-athletes, Dr. Martinez also worked as an athletic trainer at the USA Track and Field Championships, the East-West Shrine Football Classic and other local and regional events. 

She is an instructor for the graduate Athletic Training Program at Pacific. She is an active member of NCAA, NATA and institutional Diversity, Inclusion and Equity committees.

Martinez completed her Doctorate in Health Professions in the fall of 2021 from A.T. Still University. She resides in Stockton with her wife, Regina and their family.
