2015 (Junior):
Jessica redshirted the 2015 season.

2014 (Sophomore):
In her second season, Diederich played in three matches as she saw action as a serving sub as well as at setter. In five sets, Diederich came up with 26 assists and six digs to go along with one ace and five kills. Getting the start against Mississippi Valley State, she led the Tigers to their most lopsided victory in program history as Pacific outscored the Devilettes, 75-27, in three sets. As a team, Diederich set Pacific to a .468 hitting average against Mississippi Valley State.

2013 (Freshman):
Jessica saw limited action in her first year at Pacific, playing in a reserve role for the Tigers with 29 sets played while starting the final contest of the year. As a freshman, she posted 135 assists, six aces, 34 digs, and five kills. In her lone start, Jessica led the Tigers to a 3-1 win over UTEP on Nov. 30 as she recorded a season-best 57 assists while also adding two kills, two aces, eight digs, and her first two career blocks.

High School/Club:
A 2013 graduate of Skutt Catholic HS, Diederich was a four-year letterwinner for Skyhawks. As a senior, Diederich earned High School All-America honors from PrepVolleyball.com to go along with all-conference honors which she earned all four years of high school. Additionally, Jessica earned all-state honors in each of her four seasons of action including earning second team honors as a senior. In 2012, Jessica captained the Skyhawks to one win shy of their second-straight District championship as they finished second in the district championship playoffs. She finished her career at Skutt as the school''s all-time leader in aces with 166 while also posting the most ever in a single set with seven. In addition, Diederich would put her name down as the all-time single match assists leader with 51. Outside of high school play, Diederich was the captain of the Nebraska Elite Volleyball Club. Leading the way, Diederich and her Elite teammates finished in the top-10 at the 2011 Junior Olympics in Atlanta. In 2012, the team won the Northern Lights Open Division title while in 2013 they finished third at the 20 & Under Division Puerto Rico Volleyball Championships.

Personal:
Jessica Diederich is the daughter of Lisa and Bill Diederich. She has two siblings, Tomi and Mitch. She is studying health and exercise sports science at Pacific.
