2016 (Senior):
Started eight games and made 14 appearances for the Orange and Black. Recorded ten shots on the season. Assisted on the long goal in the 1-1 tie against Sacramento State (Sep. 11) where she also took a season-high three shots. 

2015 (Junior):
Started 15 and appeared in all 17 games for the Orange and Black. Registered 18 shots, which was the second-most on the team. Took a career-high six shots and netted one in the 2-1 loss against North Dakota State (Sept. 6). Additionally, the forward logged three shots, two of which were on goal, in the 2-1 victory over Saint Mary’s (Oct. 24).

2014 (Sophomore):
In her sophomore year Long played in 19 games for the Tigers, starting in 12.  She took a total of 11 shots, scoring one goal against UC Santa Barbara (Sept. 21). She also had one assist that led to a Taylor Ayers score against Loyola Marymount (Oct. 10).   

Track 2014:
Long''s season highlights include her third place finish overall in the 100 Meters at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival, finishing with a season best of 13.94aw. Long finished third overall in the 100 Meters at the 2014 Chabot/CSU East Bay Legacy Invite, finishing close to her season best at 14.04a. 

2014 Track Statistics

2013 (Freshman):
In her inaugural season Matti played in 17 games, starting in four.  She took six shots and had one assist.  She assisted on Alex Hussar''s goal on September 22^nd against Sacramento State.      

High School: 
Matti is a 5''4" striker from Brighton High School in Sandy, Utah. She was the goal and assist leader for Brighton HS in both 2011 and 2012 scoring a combined 28 goals (17 in 2012) and adding 45 assists. Matti earned first team All-Region selection and a second team All-State selection in 2012 and earned All-State honors at Alta High School in 2009. Playing with Sparta United in 2010, she helped lead the team to the State Cup championship. Matti followed her sister Tashia to Pacific, who has since graduated. Along with her soccer success Matti earned honor roll honors in high school.
