Biography

2018 (Sophmore):
The midfielder did not miss any action for the Tigers by playing all 18 games and 16 starts. During the season, she had 23 shots while earning 9 shots on goal.

2017 (Freshman):
Started all 20 games her first season in the Orange and Black. Led the team in goals with four, which was the most scored by a Tiger freshman since 2009. Her first goal came against Hawaii (Aug. 24) as she netted the game winner. She scored again against UC Santa Barbara (Sept. 15) and added her first career assist two games later. She closed out the year with scores against San Diego (Oct. 7) and San Francisco (Oct. 20). Following the season, she became the fourth Tiger named to the WCC All-Freshman team and was a Honorable Mention recipient.  

Personal:
Thórólfsdóttir is a former star with ÍA, which is one of the most respected teams in Iceland. She helped her ÍA U19 win the Deild Women’s Cup in 2015 as well as the Icelandic Championship in the First Division. Thórólfsdóttir was named the Player of the Year in 2012 for ÍA U15 and was a three-time Most Promising Player on her ÍA squad. She logged seven career caps for the Iceland National Team, scoring one goal for Iceland U19 in 2016, which came in the 6-1 victory over Georgia U19.
