2026 (Junior)
Earned All-Conference Honorable Mention after scoring 25 goals and leading the team with 32 assists on the year… second on the team in points with 57… the team’s leading sprinter with a 23-14 record… tallied seven multi-goal performances including a hat trick against San Diego State in the regular season… recorded at least one goal and one assist in all three GCC Tournament games including two goals and an assist in the win over Cal Baptist in the quarterfinals… tallied at least four points in seven different games including a season-high six points in outings against Pomona-Pitzer and San Jose State… grabbed 11 steals on the year including a season-high three against UC Santa Barbara… dished out a season-high five assists in the victory at SJSU
2025 (Sophomore)
Led the team in assists with 57 and ranked first in the conference in assists per game with 2.4… registered 20 goals and 77 points on the year… recorded hat tricks against Santa Clara and Azusa Pacific… notched six multi-goal performances including two goals and four assists against San Diego State to help the Tigers win the third-place game in the GCC Tournament… dished out a season-high six assists in games against Cal Baptist and Fresno Pacific… averaged 3.7 assists per game over the last seven games of the season… grabbed two steals in three different games
2024 (Freshman)
Led all freshmen and was third on the team in scoring with 41 points on 15 goals and 26 assists. Notched nine steals, six drawn exclusions and six field blocks. Scored winning goal while tallying a season-high six points on two goals and four assists against Azusa Pacific in the GCC First Round (Apr. 26). Registered season-high five assists against Fresno State in the GCC Semifinals (Apr. 27). Notched season-high two steals and season-high two field blocks against San Diego State in the GCC Third Place game (Apr. 28).
Prior to Pacific
Cowan had an outstanding prep career at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic High School. She played with the Canadian Youth, Junior, and Senior National Team. She became a Junior Olympics All-American while earning a silver medal competing in the Junior Olympics Sessions 3 Platinum Division.
