2024-25 (Senior)
Named to WCC All-Conference Honorable mention and WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention... Appeared in 30 contests and started in 29 of them, producing a final line of 14.2 points per game, 6.4 rebounds per game and 1.1 assists per game in 26.8 minutes per game played... Eclipsed the 700 career rebound and 1400 points scored mark during the season... Grabbed a career best 193 rebounds and 82 offensive rebounds... Scored a career-best 26 points to lead the team to a win over Houston, the program's first win over a Big-12 school... Notched four double-doubles and scored 20+ points five times during the season... Led the team with 21 points against Saint Mary's (3/8/25) at the WCC Conference Tournament to pull the upset over the Gaels...Â
2023-24 (Junior)
Named to WCC All-Conference Second Team. Appeared in 33 games and made 30 starts. Shot .595 from the field and .698 at the free throw line. Leading scorer and rebounder with 13.1 points and 5.6 rebounds per game. Tallied 24 double-figure and four 20+ point performances. Led in points in 10 and rebounds in 11 games. Team leader in double doubles with four. Named WCC Player of the Week (Dec. 18) after notching career-high 25 points at Long Beach State (Dec. 16). Grabbed career-high 15 rebounds against Temple at Briann January Classic (Dec. 2). Registered 1,000th career point against Santa Clara (Mar. 2). Earned 500th career rebound against San Diego (Feb. 29). Selected to CSC Academic All-District and WCC All-Academic Team Honorable Mention.Â
2022-23 (Sophomore)
Elizabeth Elliott led the Tigers in rebounding with 185 averaging six per game. She was ranked 10th in the WCC for rebounds. The quick-handed Elliott has multiple steals in 10 games this season and was ranked 20th in the WCC for steals. She averaged 8.3 points per game with a career-high of 23 points vs. Saint Mary’s (Feb. 24). She recorded two Double-doubles this season, adding to her career-high of six. She was named to the CSC Academic All-District Team.
2021-22 (Freshman)Â
Three-time WCC Freshman of the Week. Named to WCC All-Freshman Team. Played in 28 games, starting 24. Second on the team in averages with 12.7 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. Led the team in double digit games with 23, tallied a career-best 23 points against Saint Mary’s on February 24. Recorded a double-double four times against Weber St. (12/21), BYU (1/08), Portland (2/12), and Saint Mary’s (2/24). During WCC tournament opener against Santa Clara had 15 points in 19 minutes.Â
High School
Coming to Pacific as a four-year starter and four-year captain at St. Mary's Academy, Elliott averaged 19.5 points, 14.5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 3 blocks per game to lead the Belles during the 2019-2020 season. Over her first two years, Elliott also averaged over 16 points and 14 rebounds in both her freshman and sophomore campaigns as she was named the  Camino Real League MVP in back-to-back years to begin her high school career.Â

Turning heads on the floor early in her time with the Belles, Elliott was recognized by ESPN Hoopgurlz as one of the Top 100 recruits in the 2021 recruiting class as she is currently the 10th ranked post player in the 2021 class nationwide. Likewise, Sportsbooklive.com listed Elliott as one of the "Top 10 post-up threats" in Southern California, following being named Eastbay's: Game Recognize Game January winner.Â

Displaying an incredible work ethic in the classroom, the 6'3" center also posted a 4.33 weighted GPA during her senior season, which placed as one of the highest in her class. Additionally, Elliott has been named her high school's Student Athlete of the Year three times in three years at St. Mary's Academy.
